Before becoming a coach, I spent over 20 years as a business owner and professional in the healthcare field, which shaped my practical, grounded approach to personal development. My own journey with adult ADHD has given me a first-hand understanding of how powerful it can be to find the right tools, support, and mindset. Today, I combine evidence-based methods with intuitive coaching to help others build healthier habits, reduce chaos, and feel more in control of their lives—one small shift at a time.
