WHY WORK WITH KATHIEWhy coaching with Kathie feels different.
Closing the Execution Gap
Most of my clients already know what they should be doing.
They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, downloaded the apps, bought the planners and made the lists.
The challenge isn't knowledge — it's turning intentions into action. Together, we'll focus on closing the gap between knowing and doing.
You won't find complicated productivity hacks or unrealistic routines here.
We'll create practical strategies that fit your life, your energy, your responsibilities, and the way your brain actually works.
Real life over perfect systems
Support beyond the session
Change doesn't happen during one hour a week.
You'll have accountability, encouragement, and support between sessions so you can keep moving forward even when life gets messy.
ABOUT KATHIEI’ve been where you are.
For much of my adult life, I felt like I was constantly trying to keep up.
On the outside, I looked capable, successful, outgoing, and put together. But internally, I was often overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondering why life seemed harder for me than it did for everyone else.
I started projects with excitement and struggled to finish them. I forgot things that mattered. I put off tasks I genuinely wanted to do. I knew what needed to happen, yet somehow couldn’t consistently follow through.
The hardest part wasn’t the overwhelm.
It was the shame.
The endless cycle of wondering, “Why can’t I just do the thing?” The self-criticism. The feeling that everyone else had figured something out that I had somehow missed.
When I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, so many pieces finally started to make sense.
The diagnosis didn’t magically solve everything, but it gave me a new understanding of how my brain worked. More importantly, it helped me realize that I wasn’t lazy, broken, unmotivated, or failing.
I wasn’t struggling because I lacked knowledge.
I was struggling with the gap between knowing and doing.
Today, that understanding is at the heart of my coaching.
I help adults untangle the patterns, habits, and beliefs that keep them stuck, build systems that actually work for their brains, and learn to trust themselves again.
Because lasting change doesn’t come from trying harder.
It comes from understanding yourself better.

“I have been working with Kathie for over a year and it has been one of the most positive experiences of my life. I was starting to feel that my adult world was slipping away from me. Being a child of the 70s, I thought "this is how it is". I discovered late in life that I have ADHD. Kathie has helped, guided and coached me to being what I must honestly say is the best version of me I have ever been.”
